Leadership & Life Skills Enrichment
Leadership & Life Skills Enrichment is a school-year experience that blends structure, flexibility, and impact. This program serves multiple grade bands daily each receiving immersive, focused programming. Students develop leadership, social and emotional intelligence, and real-world readiness through a culturally responsive, hands-on curriculum.
Core Program Components
Students rotate through four signature content areas designed to build confidence, communication, and critical thinking:
~ Martial Arts: Physical and mental discipline, focus, self-regulation
~ Film & Media: Student voice, storytelling, digital literacy
~ Financial Literacy: Budgeting, earning, saving, financial mindset
~ Character & Life Skills: Decision-making, leadership identity, resilience
~ Flexible & Customizable
The program fits your school’s schedule and culture. We typically serve up to 30 students per grade group, with options to customize electives and theme-based sessions aligned with your campus priorities.

Schools select which grade bands to include, whether two or more, from:
K–2nd, 3rd–5th, 6th–8th, 9th–10th, 11th–12th
